Choline Dreams

Choline is an essential nutrient that can be found in many foods, including: eggs, beef, and broccoli. When ingested after 4-6 hours of sleep, it can promote the right conditions for lucid dreaming.

Like other lucid dreaming supplements, there is no guarantee of lucidity. When taken properly, your body and mind are put in an optimal state for lucid dreaming.

Disclaimer: Consult with your doctor before taking any new supplements.

How it works

After ingesting, it passes through the blood brain barrier and is converted into the neurotransmitter acetylcholine (ACh). ACh is used by your brain to "switch on" your REM state during sleep.

By increasing your ACh levels right before a REM cycle, you are able to experience a heightened dream state. This is ideal for being able to lucid dream.

Using with Galantamine

I have had some my best lucid dreams when using this supplement with Galantamine. The combination is highly effective, here's why:

Galantamine is an ACh inhibitor, which means that it prevents ACh from breaking down in the brain. These two supplements work together to maintain high ACh levels in the brain, leading to an extremely alert REM state. Even if you don't experience lucid dreams, you will at least have very vivid dreams.

Click here for instructions on using Galantamine. Take 250-500mg with Galantamine for best results.

Where to Buy It

Capsules can be found in most grocery and health food stores, but it might be hard to find it in the correct form.

Here is the brand I use:

Nature's Way (not affiliated, just a happy customer)

It's best to buy it as bitartrate or citrate form. Don't purchase it if it is combined with any another supplements, such as Inositol. You want it to be the only ingredient. Find it in either 250 or 500mg capsules or tablets.
