Galantamine Induces Lucid Dreams

This supplement is derived from the beautiful Red Spider Lily.

Galantamine is one of the most effective supplements known to promote an optimal state for lucid dreaming.

It is my favorite supplement to take and works virtually every time I use it. If you are having trouble getting results, this could be the shortcut you were looking for!

Just make sure you don't confuse the supplement with the prescription drug. They both share the same name, but are completely different.

How to Take It

It works best when taken in the second half of the night using the Wake Back to Bed technique. Avoid taking it before going to bed as it can lead to insomnia and unpleasant dreams.

Directions

  1. Set a soft alarm to wake up after 4.5 hours of sleep.
  2. When your alarm goes off, get up out of bed and take 4-8mg with water. Start out with 4mg the first few times you try.
  3. Stay awake and out of your bed for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Go back to sleep.
  5. As you are drifting to sleep, focus on keeping your mind alert while letting your body relax and fall asleep.
  6. Ideally, you will transition right into a Wake Induced Lucid Dream (WILD). If you don't, you will still experience very vivid dreams and can still become lucid through a Dream Induced Lucid Dream (DILD).

Important:

This supplement has a half-life of 7 hours and stays in the body for 48 hours. Do not use it on consecutive nights as you might build up a tolerance to it.

It's good practice to use it no more than once every 3 days.

Where to Buy It

I have yet to find a store that carries this supplement. It is best to buy it from a reputable place online.

Here are the ones I recommend and use:

Pro-Galantamine by Advanced Dream Nutrition

GalantaMind by Life Enhancement

I am not affiliated with these companies. Just a happy customer!

How it Works

The supplement stops the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain, which leads to a more alert REM sleep state. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter used by your brain to "switch on" the REM state during sleep.

This is why it is taken after 4.5 hours of sleep instead of before bedtime. If it were to be ingested before bed, you would increase acetylcholine levels in the brain when the body wants to go into deep sleep, not REM.

The Experience

Waking up in the middle of the night seemed like a crazy thing to do just to take a supplement when I first tried it, but I was blown away by what I experienced!

The first few times I tried it, I was whisked away into a lucid dream within 20 minutes of going back to bed. It was as if I was in a significantly heightened state. Instead of losing consciousness and falling asleep, my mind remained very alert and aware of the transition.

I experienced full body vibrations that felt like an electrical surge pulsating through my body. It was uncomfortable at first, but I now enjoy this feeling and look forward to it as I know this is the first sign that I am about to enter a lucid dream.

After 5-15 minutes of this I wake up to the dream world, completely lucid! It is something you must experience!

Side Effects

I've only noticed minor side effects using galantamine. On occasion I wake up feeling dizzy and lightheaded. But this usually goes away after eating breakfast.

I've also experienced slight stomach discomfort. I would describe this as mostly stomach gurgling and making odd sounds. I associate this to not eating anything at the time I take the supplement.

You may also experience a heightened alertness and possibly a little insomnia if you are unable to calm your mind.

If you experience these same symptoms, try taking it with a small snack so your stomach isn't empty.
